Shipping/Freight

  • All shipments are F.O.B. MountsFactory.com, San Gabriel, California.

  • All products are shipped by Federal Express, UPS or via U.S. Post office. MountsFactory.com ships your order only to the Billing address on your credit card unless you add your shipping address as an alternative address on your credit card.

  • All orders will be processed on Monday -Friday only and will be shipped immediately within 1-2-business days after the day which the order are placed .

  • All units are insured against damage or loss. A Tracking number is emailed to you automatically when the order has been processed and shipped.

  • All orders over $1,000.0 are shipped at no charge via ground freight via a carrier of MountsFactory.com ’s choice. Expedited shipments or shipments via customers choice of carriers are not covered by this freight allowance policy; freight charge for these shipments are billed to the customer.

  • Any discrepancies between products, quantities invoiced and received must be brought to the attention of a MountsFactory.com customer service representative within 7 days after receipt of goods.

  • Promised delivery dates and shipping commitments will always be made in good faith. Every reasonable effort will be made to meet these commitments.

 

 

Return and Refund Policy

Returned Merchandise

  • All  are brand New and factory sealed.

  • All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge and must be sent to MountsFactory.com, freight pre-paid.

  • Should a return become necessary, a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #)  must be obtained from MountsFactory.com in advance.

  • RMA# (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER)  - You can get a RMA# from MountsFactory.com customer service dept at customerservice@mountsfactory.com or rma@mountsfactory.com.when you are calling for RMA#, please have the invoice number and /or original ship date ready. Those information are necessary before a return can be approved. The Return Merchandise Authorization number ( RMA# ) must appear on the outside of the carton containing the returned goods or have the RMA# clearly mentioned on the shipping label outside of the box. Please note any Return package without  MountsFactory.com 's RMA# will be refused.

  • All Return products which are coming to MountsFactory.com receiving department in our warehouse require a valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).

  • Please note that in order to return the merchandise for refund, you are responsible to ship the return merchandise back to MountsFactory.com  at your own expense in the original condition also please note that the original shipping charge is not refundable.

  • MountsFactory.com will not issue a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) for products after 15 days of the original invoice date.

  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. All claims must be made within 15 days of the original invoice date to MountsFactory.com in order to issue you a refund, credit or replacement, subject to MountsFactory.com Terms and Conditions.

  • Return Merchandise (with  MountsFactory.com issued RMA#) must be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, in original packaging and in resalable condition in order to receive a refund, replacement or credit to your account.

  • No Products returns after 30 days of the original invoice date.

  • No Credit or Refund will be issued after 30 days of the original invoice date.

  • Concealed Loss or Damage – If damage is not discovered until shipment is unpacked; a request for inspection by the carrier’s agent should be made. A claim must be filed with the carrier and MountsFactory.com must be notified at the time of this discovery.

  • Installing a Plasma or LCD TV mount and Mounting Plasma TV or LCD TV normally would require at least 2 people. Proper trained installers are required.

  • MountsFactory.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if MountsFactory.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors

Canceling an Order

  • Orders placed at MountsFactory.com cannot be canceled online. To cancel your orders, please email us at sales@mountsfactory.com . Once you order from MountsFactory.com, we start processing on it right away. For that reason, depending on how much time has elapsed since you placed your order we may have already shipped your order to you.

  • Cancellations can not be made by phone. We will make every effort to cancel your order. Before doing so we must be sure that your order has not shipped, has not been docked to ship and can be stopped from shipping. An order is not considered to be canceled until you have received a return confirmation email from MountsFactory.com 's Customer Service Department . An order can be canceled if it has not yet shipped and will not ship for 24 hours. An order can not be canceled if your package has already been processed for shipping and is on the dock awaiting pick up. If this is the case, you will receive a tracking number for the shipment instead of a confirmation of cancellation.
